Diablo IIDiablo II

Diablo II begins after Diablo ended, with the hero from the first game smashing Diablo's soulstone into his forehead in order to contain the demon. Unfortunately, the demon took over the body of the hero. Thus, a new Diablo is "spawned".

Now, a new hero emerges out of nowhere, to battle the three Greater Evils: Diablo, Lord of Terror; Mephisto, Lord of Hatred; and Baal, Lord of Destruction.

The player has the option to play five different character classes: Amazon, Barbarian, Sorceress, Necromancer and Paladin. The game is so successful that it "spawned" one of the best expansion set, along with two new character classes: Assassin and Druid.
